A guide to your holiday price

• Free Half Fare Card which entitles you to half or reduced price travel on most trains, PostBuses and lake steamers

Two and multi centre holidays also include travel between all resorts - with reservation fee where applicable - on scenic trains.

Relevant extras may be offered at the time of our quotation or you can ask if you have a specific request. Examples include upgraded rooms, half board meals, additional nights and 1st class rail travel.

To confirm your booking a deposit is required, which is £150 per person for a single or two centre holiday with flights on SWISS or British Airways. Holidays with rail travel from the UK and multi centre holidays have a deposit of £250 per person.

In addition, holidays with easyJet and Jet2 require payment of the flight cost on top of the normal deposits.

Bookings with 10 weeks of departure date require full payment at the time of booking.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card without any charge. You can also pay by bank transfer.

Please note that we no longer accept cheques or American Express cards.

Once you pay your deposit and your holiday is confirmed, your holiday price is fully guaranteed and will not be increased in any circumstances.

We are fully bonded with the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL licence 3148) for all air holidays and with ABTA (W6262) for all other arrangements. You are therefore guaranteed complete financial protection of all monies paid.
