Resort facilities

Airboard An airboard is a high-tech air mattress, a type of modern plastic sledge filled with air. It is steered by shifting the body weight from one side to the other and braking is achieved by swinging the board perpendicular to the fall line.... Airboarding is suitable for everyone including those who do not feel particularly athletic. You can hire this great winter equipment from the mountain lifts at Motta Naluns and they have also prepared a separate trail for airboarders from Prui to Ftan.

Sledging In the Lower Engadin there are over 38km of prepared runs. The 3.3km run from Prui to Ftan is one of the most well known and drops nearly 400m.

Winter walking You can enjoy a stroll on some of the 160km of well marked and prepared winter hiking trails, passing larch trees dusted with snow and walk along the ice-enchanted river Inn, enjoying the unique soothing silence. Every town and village looks after its hiking trails with loving care and most pass by a restaurant so you can enjoy an Engadin snack or glass of mulled wine. Worthy of special mention is the panorama mountain trail from Motta Naluns to Prui and Ftan or from Motta Naluns to Sent via Jonvrai.

Cross country skiing In the Lower Engadin there is a total of 80km of cross country skiing for all levels, including panorama views, various loops that lead back to the starting point and floodlit runs. Those at Lavin and Susch have a direct connection to the famous Engadin marathon trail.

Snowshoe hikes The Lower Engadin offers countless possibilities for discovering the wonderful winter landscapes on snowshoes, far away from the lifts and ski pistes and you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature.
