SCHEDULED FLIGHTS
Our flights are with scheduled carriers which means your travel is backed by the vast resources and experience of major international airlines.
Our recommended flight times will allow you time to travel comfortably between your arrival airport and your chosen resort in Switzerland, which is why most of the chosen flights depart in the morning and return late afternoon or evening. Flights can be arranged at other times but this may result in an overnight stay en route.
Using different Swiss airports for your outward and return flights is allowed, subject to any supplement that may be payable. Outward and return flights must be with the same airline. This is particularly beneficial when you are planning a two centre holiday.
Short breaks and other durations can be arranged at all our featured destinations plus many other cities and resorts. Our knowledge and experience will enable us to help with your own tailor-made requirements.

BRITISH AIRWAYS
One of the world's leading international airlines with direct flights from Heathrow to Zurich, Geneva or Basel, Gatwick to Geneva and London City to Zurich. British Airways offer drinks and snacks on flights appropriate to the time of day.
Club Class
Upgrade to Club Class is available on most British Airways flights, the supplement varies according your chosen route. Club Class includes dedicated check-in and departure lounge, increased luggage allowance, healthy balanced meals and fine wine as standard.
British Airways from around the UK
Connecting flights are available via London Heathrow or Gatwick from Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Jersey and Newcastle. Supplements on request.
SWISS INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES
The national airline of Switzerland operates a worldwide network of flights with a reputation for comfort, service and punctuality which is second to none. With direct flights from Heathrow, London City, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Manchester to Zurich or Heathrow and London City to Geneva.
Business Class
Upgrade to Business Class is available on most Swiss International Air Lines flights, the supplement varies according to the day of travel and your chosen route. Business Class includes dedicated check-in and departure lounge, increased luggage allowance and in-flight catering.
Free carriage of skis with Swiss International Air Lines
There are benefits travelling with a scheduled airline - Swiss International Air Lines allows free carriage of one pair of skis per person in addition to your luggage allowance. British Airways and low cost airlines can charge up to £28 each way!
SKYWORK
Based in Bern this small independent international airline operates a twice daily weekday service between London City airport and Bern using modern propjet aircraft.
Ideal for the Bernese Oberland resorts of Wengen, Grindelwald and Mürren. Unfortunately due to restrictions at London City airport weekend services are limited.
FLYBE
Flybe operates flights on Saturdays from Exeter, Norwich, Isle of Man, Jersey and Southampton to Geneva and from Southampton to Bern.

No Frills Airlines and Charter Flights
We wish to offer you the widest choice of flying to Switzerland from your local airport. Several low cost airlines and charter flights operate to Geneva and we will be happy to book these for you.
We will confirm the cost at the time of booking and we will require an increased, non refundable, deposit of at least £250 per person as payment for the flights seats will have to be made at the time of booking.
The majority of these flights do not offer complimentary refreshments or pre-allocated seats and they may make additional charges for luggage. Please note that if we include these flights in your holiday you will benefit from the extra financial protection we have as a bonded ATOL tour operator.
TRAVEL IN SWITZERLAND from airport to your resort
There is little point in having a reliable and comfortable flight without an equally comfortable journey from the airport to your holiday resort. The onward journey is therefore by train with comfort, room to move around and the opportunity for a meal or refreshments. Swiss Railways are amongst the most efficient in the world and operate with the precision of a Swiss watch! An added convenience is that there are main line stations at Zurich and Geneva airports and on arrival at many resorts you will be met by the hotel’s porter and transferred to your hotel. For most resorts there is a train departing from the airport every hour – so no waiting around. Your itinerary will show your recommended train times.
First Class Rail travel is available at a supplement of £50 (no additional charge for children under 16).
FLY LUGGAGE
Swiss Railways, together with the airlines, have a unique system which means that you can check-in your luggage at the UK airport and the next time you see it is in your resort. For the return journey luggage goes direct from your resort to the UK airport. For you to get the maximum benefit from this great system you need consider your flight times as the luggage travels on different trains to you and time is needed to move your luggage. This service is not available on flights via Basel.
For your outward journey, if your flight lands later than midday, your luggage will probably not arrive in resort until the following day. We suggest you carry an overnight bag with your essentials in case of flight delays.
On your return journey, if your flight takes off before 7pm, you will need to register and deposit your luggage the day before departure.
The cost of this service is £14 per item in each direction.
CAR TRANSFER
We can arrange for our driver to meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel and return.
The approximate cost of this service is £175 per car each way. Car hire can also be arranged at any Swiss airport.
AIRMILES AND OWN FLIGHTS
You can use your AirMiles and save money, if you book your flights with British Airways we offer a reduction of £145 per person with AirMiles. You just need to discuss the flight schedules with us, to check your onward connections, before making your flight reservations with AirMiles. If you have booked your own flights we can still make all the arrangements for your onward travel from Zurich and Geneva airports to the resort as well as the hotel reservations. Deduct £145 from the prices shown in the brochure.
