A quality four star hotel situated on the main street in Davos Dorf about five minutes’ walk from the Parsenn funicular. The free ski bus stops in front of the hotel and operates about every ten minutes to all the main lift systems of Davos. There is a spacious and well appointed, rustic style lounge with a cosy atmosphere. In the very attractive dining room you will be offered a four course dinner with several choices of menu (including a vegetarian option) plus a salad buffet and each week there is usually a special evening with either a gourmet meal or an extensive buffet dinner with a wide choice of specialities. Breakfast is an ample buffet that will set you up for a day on the slopes. The Meierhof also has a fine à la carte restaurant and if you would like to dine here one evening then an allowance of 25sfrs per person is given against your bill if you have advised the reception desk in advance. A pianist provides background music in the charming bar for your ‘apéro’ and then again later in the evening. Other facilities of the hotel include a swimming pool, whirlpool, masseur, solarium, sauna and exercise room.
