St. Moritz

The most famous ski resort in the world

High up in the Swiss Alps is a valley abounding in snowy mountains, frozen  lakes and magical light. This is a world where the wonders of nature provide a  magnificent setting to enjoy winter sports’ activities or just to relax in peace and  quiet and where the sun shines 322 days a year. St. Moritz Dorf is the most
fashionable resort, nestling beneath the 3057m Piz Nair on the lakeside in a  beautiful setting dominated by the surrounding mountains. St. Moritz has  a busy centre full of high class shops and fine restaurants. Pontresina is much smaller with more charm, in marked contrast to glitzy St. Moritz.
